Delete Account

V.E.N.T Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your V.E.N.T account and associated app data by contacting Forged By Fire Software LLC.

1. Email your deletion request to lpt969@hotmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: V.E.N.T Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the username, profile name, or email address used with your V.E.N.T account.
4. Do not include passwords, unlock codes, private keys, payment details, or other sensitive information.

When your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with V.E.N.T, including:

• Profile or account records
• Saved chat threads and archive records
• Uploaded attachments tied to the account
• Voice recordings and transcripts tied to the account, when identifiable
• App session records that are no longer needed for security, support, or legal reasons

We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, payment records, abuse prevention, or backup integrity. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before normal backup rotation removes them.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will contact you using the email address from your request.
