Are your products safe?

Use the official store links on our product and software pages. Local features keep their main data on your device; optional online features such as TreV, Card Vault sync, Coach, and card-data lookups connect to their services. See the privacy policy for each app's data practices.

Do I need an account?

CarTrev Towers uses profiles stored on your PC and does not require a CarTrev online account or password. Creative QR, Latter-day Lens, and Master Generator also do not require an app account. Card Vault offers an optional account for features such as collection and deck sync. Your device's app store may require its own account for installation or purchases.

Is PC Purifier free?

Yes. The core version is completely free and includes Quick Clean, Deep Clean, Health monitoring, Startup Manager, Shield shortcuts, and the Privacy Dashboard.

What is included in the free PC Purifier download?

PC Purifier included:

What does PC Purifier clean?

PC Purifier removes temporary files, browser cache, Windows update leftovers, recycle bin contents, thumbnail cache, error logs, and other safe-to-delete junk. The Deep Clean adds Windows.old folders, delivery optimization files, and system restore cleanup.

Is PC Purifier safe to use?

Yes. PC Purifier only targets known-safe temporary and cache files. We don't delete system files, user documents, or program data. You can review what will be cleaned before running any operation.

Does PC Purifier send my data anywhere?

No. PC Purifier has zero telemetry. All scans, cleanups, and reports stay on your computer. We don't collect usage statistics or diagnostic data.

Are the listed downloads free?

Creative QR is free on Microsoft Store and Google Play, and Latter-day Lens is free on Microsoft Store and Google Play. Both Apple editions are currently in App Store review. Master Generator is a paid app on Microsoft Store, Google Play, and the Apple App Store, and Card Vault offers optional Coach purchases. Check the official store listing for current pricing and in-app purchases.

Do I need a GitHub account?

No GitHub account is needed. Use the official store links or open the Card Vault web app.

Are there subscriptions?

Card Vault offers optional Coach credit packs and subscriptions. Check the app and its store listing for the available options and pricing.

Where should I report problems?

Email Support / Feedback with the software name, version, and what happened.

How do I install the Windows apps?

Use the Microsoft Store links on the Software or Downloads page.

What kind of game is CarTrev Towers?

CarTrev Towers is a Windows tower defense game with four themed realms, 16 battlefields and 18 waves per defense. You build and upgrade towers while earning persistent local progression, achievements and cosmetic rewards. See the CarTrev Towers page.

Does it need an account or internet?

No CarTrev online account or password is required. Profiles and gameplay stay local, and the game has no remote gameplay service. Internet is needed to install or update through Microsoft Store and only when you choose to send optional in-app feedback or email support.

Where are profiles and leaderboards stored?

They are stored in the CarTrev Towers app-data area for your Windows user. The leaderboard shows only profiles from that local installation; profile names, scores and saves are not uploaded to Forged By Fire Software LLC or attached to feedback.

What does in-app feedback send?

Version 1.0.1 and later sends only your message, category, optional reply email and app version when you choose Send feedback. It does not attach your profile name, saves, progress, statistics, settings, computer details or an installation identifier. See the CarTrev Towers privacy details.

How do I delete a profile?

Open the profile, go to Settings, choose Delete this local profile and confirm. Read the local-data deletion instructions before removing all app data.

How do I get support?

Use CarTrev Towers support. Include the game version, battlefield, wave, what you expected and what happened.

Is Creative QR free?

Yes. Creative QR is available free for Windows on Microsoft Store and Android on Google Play. The Apple edition is in App Store review and does not have a public listing yet. See the Creative QR page for features and details.

Does it need an account or internet?

No Creative QR account is needed. QR creation and PNG exports work offline. Sending optional feedback needs internet; opening a website encoded in a QR code may also need internet.

Do QR codes expire?

Creative QR does not add an expiration date or a hosted redirect. A code contains the details you entered. A link, email address or Wi-Fi connection will only work while its destination and details remain valid.

Why does the QR-only size not change the card?

Choose Preview beside Export size to open the QR-only preview and its size slider. That slider controls the standalone PNG. Export size controls the card dimensions.

Can I scan other QR codes?

The Android edition includes an on-device camera scanner that starts only when you choose to scan. The Windows edition focuses on creating QR images and printable cards. Test decorative designs before sharing or printing them.

How do I send feedback or remove my data?

Use the feedback control in the app, or visit Creative QR support and choose Windows or Android. A reply email is optional in the app. Read what is sent and how to clear local data or request feedback deletion.

What is Master Generator?

Master Generator is a paid fantasy tabletop campaign generator for NPCs, taverns, towns, shops, monsters, loot, encounters, dungeons, regions, names, magic items, maps, and TreV-assisted campaign ideas.

Does Master Generator need an account?

No. Master Generator saves campaign vault data locally on your computer. You can export a JSON backup whenever you want.

Does Master Generator need internet?

Core generators and saved campaign vaults are local-first. TreV uses the public TreV gateway, Google Play is used for Android installs, and map or magic item image packs download over the Internet when you choose those features.

Where do I install Master Generator?

Install Master Generator through Microsoft Store on Windows, Google Play on Android, or the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad. The Master Generator page links to each official listing.

What custom services do you offer?

We review requests for custom software, mobile and desktop apps, websites, AI tools, automation, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and changes to existing projects. Every request is considered individually, and only projects we are confident we can deliver well are accepted.

How does custom project pricing work?

Start with the Request a Project form and describe your goals, required features, budget, and timeline. A submission is not a contract or guarantee of acceptance. If the project looks like a responsible fit, we'll reply with questions or discuss a written scope, price, and timeline. No work starts until both sides agree to the terms and payment arrangements.

Do you work with small budgets?

Yes. We accept projects starting at $250. Smaller tasks (under $250) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How do I get support?

Email Support / Feedback with your question, product name, and any error messages. We respond within 24-48 hours (usually faster).

Do you have a Discord or community?

Not yet. For now, support is email-only. We may add a Discord server in the future based on user demand.
