Our Commitment

Forged By Fire Software LLC builds privacy-first tools. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have.

Plain-English Summary

  • Most desktop apps are local-first - PC Purifier, Master Generator, and The Forge are designed to keep their main files and settings on your device
  • Creative QR for Windows, Android and Apple devices - QR creation, scans, saved designs, selected center images and exports are handled locally. Optional feedback sends the category, message, optional reply email, app version and platform label to us. The Apple edition is currently in App Store review. Read the Creative QR privacy details
  • Creative Image Tools - Selected images and metadata are processed locally and are not uploaded. Optional Windows and Android feedback sends only the message, category, optional reply email and app version when you press the send button. Read the dedicated Creative Image Tools privacy policy
  • CarTrev Towers - Local profiles, game saves, settings, achievements and leaderboard records stay on your Windows PC. Version 1.0.1 adds optional feedback that sends only the message, category, optional reply email and app version when you choose Send feedback. Read the CarTrev Towers privacy details
  • Latter-day Lens for Windows, Android and macOS - The scripture library, reading position, bookmarks, notes, appearance settings, backups and exports stay on your device. The Android version prepared for Google Play disables Android cloud backup and device transfer for its private app data. No account, advertising, analytics or cloud sync is used. Optional feedback sends only the message, category, optional reply email, app version and platform label when you choose Send. Read the Latter-day Lens privacy details
  • ForgeFlix - The Xbox app is a private local-media client for an owner-controlled home-network server. It does not include movies, sell data, or send your local library to Forged By Fire Software LLC. Read the ForgeFlix privacy details
  • Some features need permissions - Creative QR for Android and Card Vault may ask for camera access, and some apps store local data so they can remember your work
  • Some features use the Internet - Master Generator uses the public TreV gateway for TreV responses and downloads image packs when you choose them; Card Vault uses our Card Vault service and card-data providers for search, price data, accounts, sync, Coach, and optional scan reports
  • Optional uploads are real uploads - If you submit a Card Vault scan report, support email, or project request, that content is sent to us or to the service named in this policy
  • Payments are handled by outside processors - Website purchases and donations are handled by PayPal. In-app purchases, Coach credit packs, and subscriptions are handled by the applicable app store, such as Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Apple, not by a Forged By Fire payment form
  • Anonymous website measurements - The public company pages use first-party, privacy-focused analytics to count visits, page views, product and Store-link interest, campaign sources, coarse device categories, country, performance, errors, scrolling and time ranges. We do not assign a persistent visitor ID or store visitor IP addresses in the analytics database
  • We do not sell your data - We do not use advertising networks, ad profiles, or cross-site tracking scripts
  • You can request deletion - Account deletion instructions are available at Delete Account, or you can email forgedbyfiresoftware@gmail.com

Permissions You May See

  • Camera - Creative QR for Android uses camera access only when you start its QR scanner. Camera frames are analyzed on the device and are not saved or uploaded; the decoded QR contents are saved locally in the app. Card Vault uses camera access only when you choose to scan cards for OCR-assisted matching. Card Vault images are not sent to Forged By Fire Software LLC unless you submit a scan report
  • Local storage - Apps may use browser, WebView, app-data, or extracted-folder storage for settings, saved work, sessions, drafts, reports, generated files, notes, collections, decks, and local preferences
  • Internet and private-network access - Online features may contact Forged By Fire Software LLC services, PayPal, GitHub Pages, card-data providers, Edge neural voice services, or local services you run such as Ollama. ForgeFlix may connect to a ForgeFlix server you run on your home network
  • Files and exports - Some apps create local reports, exports, generated audio, saved profiles, notes, indexes, or campaign vault files when you choose those features

What We Collect

Website (cmforgedbyfire.com)

  • First-party aggregate analytics - On the public company pages, we record the requested page path; anonymous event type such as a confirmed page view, product link, Store link, download, blog entry, scroll milestone, missing-page request or performance measurement; referring website domain; campaign tags you followed; country code supplied by Cloudflare; coarse mobile, tablet or desktop category; browser and operating-system family; broad time-on-page range; and website performance or error category. We do not record text that you type, complete referring URLs, or unrelated URL-query contents
  • No persistent visitor profile - The analytics system does not use tracking cookies, an account identifier, browser fingerprinting, advertising identifiers, session replay, or a persistent visitor ID. Events cannot be used by us to reconstruct one named person's browsing history. The site uses local storage only when a visitor asks it to remember an analytics exclusion preference
  • No IP addresses in our analytics database - Cloudflare and hosting providers necessarily process connection addresses to deliver and protect requests. Our analytics collector does not copy those addresses into analytics records. A one-way, process-local digest may be held briefly in memory to limit automated abuse, and a separately secured one-way digest may be used to exclude the owner's network. Neither is used to identify visitors or measure repeat behavior
  • Public visit counter - The footer displays an approximate count of confirmed visits since anonymous counting began. Missing pages do not count as visits. The site also waits for an active, focused page or real browser interaction before confirming a visit and suppresses recognizable automated browsers. These safeguards reduce preview and crawler traffic but cannot identify every automated request, so the number remains approximate
  • Retention - Individual anonymous event rows are automatically removed after 90 days. Daily totals and anonymous rollups, which do not contain IP addresses or visitor identifiers, may be retained to compare long-term website and product interest
  • Your choice - You can disable these first-party measurements on your current browser by opening this analytics exclusion link. The exclusion preference remains on that browser until its site data is cleared. You can re-enable measurements with this re-enable link
  • Card Vault web app boundary - The separate Card Vault web application is not instrumented by this company-page analytics script. Card Vault service activity follows the Card Vault terms below
  • Support email - The support form opens your email app. Your reply details, message, screenshots, or attachments are sent only when you choose to send the email
  • Project request form - When you press Send project request, the form sends the contact details, project category, goals, requested features, budget and timeline, and any optional project information you entered through our Cloudflare-protected HTTPS gateway to a private Project Requests section in App Master. Do not enter passwords, payment information, private keys, health records, or other sensitive information. We use the submission only to evaluate the request, ask follow-up questions, and discuss a possible scope, price, or timeline. Submitting it does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance
  • Project request storage and anti-spam - Project requests are stored in the private App Master database on Forged By Fire's service computer. The public gateway accepts this form only from cmforgedbyfire.com, limits request size, uses a hidden spam-trap field, and applies short-lived network rate limiting. Network addresses used for that rate limiting are converted to process-local one-way values held only in memory and are not added to project-request records
  • Service providers - GitHub Pages hosts the public pages and may process normal web request details such as IP address, user agent, request time and requested URL for security and reliability. Cloudflare delivers and protects the analytics and project-request endpoints. Google provides the Gmail inbox used only when you separately choose email support

Creative QR (Windows, Android and Apple Applications)

  • Local QR creation - Website links, contact details, email and SMS drafts, phone numbers, Wi-Fi details and text are processed on your device to create the code. These contents are not automatically uploaded to Forged By Fire Software LLC. No Creative QR account, advertising, behavioral analytics or install tracking is used.
  • Android camera scanner - Camera access is requested only when you start scanning. Camera frames are analyzed on the device to recognize QR codes and are not saved or uploaded. The decoded QR contents and scan time are stored in Creative QR's local saved gallery so you can copy, open, reuse or delete the result. You can deny or revoke camera access in Android settings and continue using QR creation.
  • Local designs and preferences - On Windows, business/profile details, website presets and settings stay in the app's local storage, and settings backups are JSON files you export or import yourself. On Android, current design settings, app skin, encoded QR contents and up to 40 saved creation or scan records are stored in private app storage. Android automatic app-data backup and device transfer are disabled for this data.
  • Custom center images - Images you select are processed locally and are not uploaded. Windows holds the selected image for the current session. Android center-crops the selected image and stores a local app-private copy for the current design and any saved design that uses it; removing the image or deleting the saved design removes its corresponding private copy. The original image remains wherever you selected it and must be managed separately.
  • Exports, clipboard and sharing - Windows exports are saved in the Windows user app-data workspace. Android exports are saved as PNG files in Pictures/Creative QR; Android 9 or earlier may request storage permission when you save there. QR images contain the information you entered, so anyone who scans a contact, message or Wi-Fi code may read that encoded information. Copy places the decoded contents on the device clipboard. Printing or sharing hands the selected PNG and, on Android, its encoded text to the printer, application or recipient you choose. Those destinations have their own privacy practices.
  • Voluntary feedback - Only when you press Send feedback, the app sends your category, message, optional reply email and app version over HTTPS to our feedback service. Android feedback also carries an Android platform label. We record the receipt time, source and feedback status. The form does not attach QR contents, scans, center images, saved designs, device identifiers or detailed device information. Anything you type into the message is included. Failed or unsent feedback is not automatically retried.
  • Use and storage - Feedback is stored in our private App Master database so we can respond when an email is supplied, investigate problems and improve Creative QR. It is not a public comment and is not used for advertising. Network addresses are used temporarily in memory to limit abusive submissions. Our service and hosting providers may process connection details for delivery and security; see the service-provider section below.
  • Your choices - Feedback and Android camera access are optional. Windows provides controls to reset the current design, clear profiles and presets, and manage saved exports. Android lets you delete individual saved records, clear the saved gallery and remove a custom center image; clearing Creative QR's app storage or uninstalling removes remaining private app data. Exported PNGs, clipboard contents and copies you shared must be removed separately. These actions do not delete feedback already submitted. To request feedback access, correction or deletion, contact forgedbyfiresoftware@gmail.com. Include Creative QR, the platform, approximate submission date, and enough of the message or reply email to locate it. An anonymous message may be difficult to identify. See Creative QR data deletion and Data Retention below.

CarTrev Towers (Windows Game, v1.0.0 and later)

  • Local profiles - The player name and optional display name, tagline, avatar and accent you choose are saved on your Windows PC. CarTrev Towers does not create a Forged By Fire Software LLC online account and does not require a password.
  • Local gameplay records - Game saves, map progress, tower licenses, credits, experience, achievements, statistics, preferences and the local leaderboard are stored in the app's local data folder. The leaderboard contains only profiles created on that PC.
  • Local processing - The desktop app communicates with its packaged game service through a loopback connection on the same computer. Local profile names, saves, progress, statistics, settings and leaderboard records are not attached to feedback or otherwise transmitted to Forged By Fire Software LLC.
  • Optional feedback in v1.0.1 and later - Only when you choose Send feedback, the app sends your message, category, optional reply email and app version over HTTPS to our feedback service. We also record the receipt time and feedback status. The form does not attach your profile name, saves, progress, statistics, settings, computer details or an installation identifier. Anything you type into the message is included. An unsent draft remains only in the open form and is not automatically retried.
  • No advertising or analytics - CarTrev Towers has no advertising network, behavioral analytics, install tracking, payments, cloud sync or remote gameplay service. Optional feedback is not gameplay analytics.
  • Microsoft Store - Microsoft processes Store account, acquisition, download, installation, update, certification and diagnostic information under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. CarTrev Towers does not receive your Microsoft account password.
  • Support you choose to send - The game does not automatically send support information. If you use our website support form, it opens your email app; we receive only the message, reply details, screenshots or files you choose to send.
  • Your controls - Feedback is optional. Use Settings > Delete this local profile to remove that defender and its progress. Other local profiles remain. Uninstalling the game may not remove its Windows app-data folder; you can remove that folder separately if you want to erase all remaining CarTrev Towers local data. These actions do not delete feedback already submitted. To request access, correction or deletion of identifiable feedback, email forgedbyfiresoftware@gmail.com with CarTrev Towers, the approximate submission date and enough of the message or reply email to locate it. Anonymous feedback may be difficult to identify. See CarTrev Towers data instructions.
  • Local access - Anyone who can use your Windows account and open the game may be able to choose its local profiles. Use Windows account and device security when profiles should remain private.

Latter-day Lens (Windows, Android and macOS Applications)

  • Bundled offline scripture library - The scripture collections included with the app are read and searched on your device. Reading and word search do not contact Forged By Fire Software LLC or a third-party scripture service. Windows and Android v1.1.2 include the meaning-search model and scripture index in the app, so meaning-search questions are processed on the device and are not sent to an AI or model service.
  • Local study data - Your reading position, comparison selection, bookmarks, notes, font size, theme and appearance choices are stored in the app's private local data on your device. They are not automatically uploaded or synchronized. Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for this private app data.
  • Backups and exports - Study backups and note exports are created only when you choose an export command. On Android, the app creates the selected file in temporary app cache and opens Android's share sheet so you can choose where to save or send it. On Windows and macOS, the file is saved to the location you select. Imports read only the backup file you choose. Exported or shared copies are then controlled by you and the destination you selected.
  • Personal music - No music recordings are included with the app. On Android, the system file or folder picker grants Latter-day Lens read access only to the songs or folder you select. The app stores local references, titles, collection names, playback position and volume so it can play those selections later. Music files and music-library details are not uploaded to Forged By Fire Software LLC or attached to feedback.
  • No account, advertising or analytics - Latter-day Lens does not require an account, use advertising networks, track activity across apps or websites, collect usage analytics, or assign an installation identifier. It does not include purchases or subscriptions.
  • Internet access on Android - The Android application declares Internet access for optional feedback and links you choose to open. Its scripture library, word search and meaning search use bundled files and do not require an online model service.
  • Voluntary feedback - Only when you press Send does the app transmit your message, feedback category, optional reply email, app version and the applicable Windows, Android or macOS platform label over HTTPS to our feedback service. The form does not attach scripture searches, reading history, bookmarks, notes, backups, exports, appearance settings, music files, file paths, operating-system details or an installation identifier. Anything you type in the message is included. A failed submission stays in the open form and is not automatically retried.
  • Use and storage of feedback - Submitted feedback is stored in our private App Master database so we can investigate problems, improve the app, and reply when you provide an email address. It is not published or used for advertising. The service records a receipt and submission time. Network addresses may be processed temporarily for delivery, security and rate limiting.
  • Google Play - Google handles Google Play account, acquisition, download, installation, update, security and diagnostic information under Google's Privacy Policy. Latter-day Lens does not receive your Google Account password or payment-card number.
  • Your controls - You can delete local notes and bookmarks in the app, remove exported files yourself, or clear the app's local data. On Android, export a study backup before clearing app storage or uninstalling if you want to preserve your notes and bookmarks; Android backup and device transfer are disabled. These actions do not delete feedback already submitted. To request access, correction, deletion or de-identification of identifiable feedback, email forgedbyfiresoftware@gmail.com with Latter-day Lens, the approximate submission date, and enough of the message or reply email to locate it. Anonymous feedback may be difficult to identify.

PC Purifier (Desktop Application)

  • No telemetry - PC Purifier does not send usage data to our servers
  • Local only - All scans, reports, and settings stay on your computer
  • No account required - No login, no cloud sync, no remote access
  • No subscription tracking - The free version does not require an account or subscription

ForgeFlix (Xbox and Local Streaming Applications)

  • Private local-media client - ForgeFlix for Xbox is designed to connect to a ForgeFlix server you control on your own home network. The app package does not include movies, television episodes, media catalogs, private network addresses, or account credentials.
  • Local server connection - When you pair the Xbox app with your ForgeFlix server, the app sends the server address you enter, a short device-pairing code, and playback/library requests to that local server. The paired server address and session details may be saved on the Xbox so the app can reconnect later.
  • Library and playback data - Your local ForgeFlix server supplies titles, artwork paths, collections, watch progress, playback sessions, and streaming URLs to the Xbox app. This data is used to show your library and play media on your device. It is not automatically uploaded to Forged By Fire Software LLC.
  • Home-network permission - ForgeFlix may use Internet and private-network permissions so the Xbox app can reach your local ForgeFlix server and stream media on your home network. Do not connect the app to a server you do not trust.
  • Microsoft Store distribution - Microsoft handles Store account, download, installation, certification, diagnostic, and entitlement information under Microsoft's own privacy terms. ForgeFlix does not receive your Microsoft account password.
  • Support - If you email support, submit screenshots, or describe your setup, that message is handled like other support email. Do not send private media files, passwords, or full library exports unless specifically requested for support.
  • Your choices - You can disconnect the Xbox app, remove the saved connection from the app or Xbox app storage, stop your local server, or uninstall the app. Local server data remains on your own server until you delete it there.

Master Generator (Windows, Android, iPhone and iPad Application)

  • Local workspace - Campaign vaults, party details, notes, saved results, settings and chat history are stored on your device. Core text generators and dice work offline. No app account, advertising or third-party analytics is required.
  • User-controlled exports - Exported campaign files are created only when you choose export
  • Android backup disabled - Android app-data backup is disabled; use export when you want to back up or move a campaign vault
  • Optional TreV assistance - When you request an AI response, the app sends your prompt, relevant recent chat and the context it assembles to our HTTPS gateway for processing. In linked chats this can include the selected result and campaign material such as party details, notes and saved results. This is not automatic cloud synchronization of your vault. Avoid including information you do not want sent.
  • Windows chat choices - In the current Windows version, checking Do not include current results in this chat when creating a thread excludes automatically attached results and campaign context. What you type or paste and relevant recent messages from that chat are still included in AI requests.
  • Image downloads - The app checks the published image-pack catalog online. Choosing Download retrieves maps or item/equipment cards from our GitHub release into per-user app storage for offline use. GitHub and delivery providers receive normal connection details such as your IP address. Removing a downloaded pack deletes its local images; overlapping packs can share files.
  • Voluntary feedback - Sending feedback transmits your message or quick choice, app version, device/browser details, a local installation identifier, selected generator, campaign name and saved-item count to our feedback service. Feedback is reviewed in our private App Master inbox for support and improvements. If delivery fails, the app can open your email application; that email is sent only when you send it there.
  • Retention and deletion - Feedback remains until removed by the operator; no automatic expiration is promised for these in-app records. To request access, correction or deletion of identifiable feedback, email forgedbyfiresoftware@gmail.com with Master Generator, the approximate date and enough of your message to locate it. Anonymous submissions may be difficult to identify. Deleting a local chat or campaign does not delete feedback already sent.
  • Internet access - Mobile editions may request Internet access for TreV, app-store services, optional feedback, and downloadable image packs
  • No accounts - Master Generator does not require a login or cloud sync

Card Vault (Web App, Windows PC Application, Android Application, and iPhone Application)

  • Optional account - Card Vault can be used offline without an account. If you create an account, we store your username, preferred name, a securely hashed password, session records, and synchronized collection, deck, deck-card, and preference data so your library can follow you across devices
  • Local collection storage - Saved cards, quantities, conditions, notes, decks, deck quantities, and app preferences are stored on your device
  • Camera permission - Camera access is used to capture cards for on-device optical character recognition. You can deny or revoke camera permission in your browser, Android, or iOS settings
  • Card and price lookups - Searches, card images, card details, and current price information are requested from third-party card-data providers over the Internet
  • Coach - When you use Coach, relevant saved card and deck details, selected format, and the goal you enter are processed by Forged By Fire Software LLC's Card Vault service and locally operated AI model to provide deck checks, connections, and suggestions
  • Coach credits and subscriptions - Card Vault may track earned Coach credits, granted credit packs, Coach request costs, unlimited Coach entitlement status, subscription status, purchase product IDs, transaction identifiers, app-store purchase tokens or receipts, and related timestamps so we can grant access, prevent duplicate grants, resolve support requests, and maintain account balances. Full payment-card numbers are not received by Card Vault.
  • Windows PC app - The Microsoft Store version uses the same Card Vault service features described here. The Windows app may use local app storage for signed-in sessions, collection data, decks, skin preferences, camera permission state, and other app preferences. Microsoft handles Store account, installation, entitlement, diagnostics, and any Microsoft Store purchase processing under Microsoft's own privacy terms.
  • Optional scan reports - When you deliberately choose Report Scan Issue, Card Vault sends the captured card image, OCR output, search terms, selected result information, notes, app game selection, and report time to Forged By Fire Software LLC so we can reproduce and improve scanner failures
  • No automatic scan-image upload - Captured card images are not sent to Forged By Fire Software LLC unless you choose to submit a scan report
  • No advertising telemetry - Card Vault does not use advertising trackers or sell collection data

The Forge (Planned Desktop Application)

  • Local-first design - The Forge is described as a local-first character builder with no required cloud account
  • Future changes - If future versions add accounts, sync, sharing, or online data sources, this policy will be updated before those features are released

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell your data
  • We don't share personal data for advertising; requested online features may contact the service providers described below
  • We don't track you across websites
  • We don't use advertising networks
  • We don't sell conversation data or use it for advertising profiles
  • We don't require accounts or logins for our local-first desktop software

Third-Party Services

PayPal

Website purchases, donations, and service payments are processed through PayPal. They handle your payment information according to their own privacy policy. We only receive the information PayPal provides for receipts, donation records, or support follow-up.

GitHub Pages

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect visitor logs and IP addresses for security purposes. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

Creative QR Feedback Delivery and App Stores

Creative QR and CarTrev Towers feedback pass through Cloudflare to our HTTPS service. Cloudflare processes network traffic and connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Email support is delivered through our Gmail inbox and your chosen email provider.

Microsoft handles Microsoft Store distribution and its own account, download and diagnostic information under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Google handles Google Play distribution and its own account, download, installation, update, security and diagnostic information under Google's Privacy Policy. Apple handles App Store review, distribution, account and diagnostic information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Creative QR does not receive your app-store password. Operating systems, printers and other applications you choose have their own data practices.

Latter-day Lens Feedback Delivery and App Stores

Optional Latter-day Lens feedback passes through Cloudflare to our HTTPS feedback service. Cloudflare and our service infrastructure may process normal connection information, including IP address, request time and request details, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Email support is delivered through our Gmail inbox and your chosen email provider.

Google handles Google Play distribution and its own account, acquisition, download, installation, update, security and diagnostic information under Google's Privacy Policy. Microsoft handles Microsoft Store information under Microsoft's Privacy Statement, and Apple handles Mac App Store information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Latter-day Lens does not receive your app-store password or full payment-card number. Its scripture collections are bundled with the app, so reading and searching them does not contact their source providers.

ForgeFlix Local Server and Microsoft Store

ForgeFlix for Xbox communicates with the ForgeFlix server you choose to run on your home network. Forged By Fire Software LLC does not operate that local server for you, does not receive your local media library automatically, and does not provide media content through the Xbox app. Microsoft handles Store distribution, account, entitlement, installation, certification and diagnostic information under Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Master Generator TreV and Image Packs

Master Generator sends requested TreV prompts and assembled chat/campaign context through Cloudflare to the Forged by Fire HTTPS service for AI processing. Optional feedback uses our feedback service. Cloudflare and service infrastructure may process normal connection and request information to deliver and protect these services. Downloadable maps and cards use GitHub release hosting. Email support uses our Gmail inbox and your selected email provider. Windows and Microsoft Store have their own data practices. The vault itself is stored locally; portions can be included in a requested TreV response as described above.

Card Vault Card-Data Providers

Card Vault contacts services such as Scryfall, Pokemon card-data providers, and TCGdex to search for cards, retrieve card images and details, compare printings, and display available market-price information. Requests may be relayed through the Card Vault service, so these providers receive normal service request information, request time, and search query under their own privacy policies.

Card Vault Accounts, Coach, Purchases, and App Stores

Card Vault account sync, Coach requests, credit balances, purchase entitlement checks, optional scan reports, and support-related service calls may pass through Forged By Fire Software LLC services and Cloudflare-protected HTTPS endpoints. App-store purchases are handled by the store where you obtained the app. Google Play, Microsoft Store, and Apple may process account, payment, tax, download, installation, entitlement, diagnostics, refund, and subscription information under their own privacy terms. Card Vault may receive purchase tokens, receipts, product IDs, transaction identifiers, entitlement state, credit grants, and subscription status from those stores or from your device so we can unlock purchased Coach credits or unlimited Coach access. Card Vault does not receive your full payment-card number or app-store password.

Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer are disabled. Backups and exported notes remain wherever you save, share or copy them until you delete them. Submitted feedback is kept while needed to investigate the report, provide support and verify improvements; there is currently no automatic expiry. You may request deletion or de-identification of identifiable feedback through the contact details above. Limited records may remain when needed for security, legal obligations or backup integrity. Support emails are kept for 2 years as described above.
  • ForgeFlix local data - Library records, watch progress, artwork references, pairing/session details, and server settings are kept on your Xbox or your own ForgeFlix server until you delete them, disconnect the app, clear app storage, stop/remove the server, or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained as described above.
  • Card Vault scan reports - Captured card images and related OCR, search, result, note, and timing details are kept only while useful for reproducing scanner failures, improving recognition, providing support, and verifying fixes. You can request removal of reports tied to your account
  • Card Vault accounts and synchronized libraries - Kept while the account remains active. Verified account deletion requests delete or de-identify account records and synchronized collection, deck, and preference records except limited records needed for security, support, legal compliance, or backup integrity
  • Card Vault credits, purchases, and subscription records - Credit balances, earned-credit records, purchase grants, app-store product IDs, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, subscription status, Coach usage charges, refunds, and related support records are kept while needed to provide paid access, prevent duplicate grants, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or tax obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain account integrity
  • Local app data - Data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear browser or app storage, uninstall the app, remove the extracted app folder, or use an app's export/delete controls
